Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Described below are the Terms of Conditions of using ufairy.in and buying at Ufairy.in.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales and purchases made on the website.
Conditions for Exchange
Exchange of products will be allowed in the following situations:
Product was damaged or defective
Wrong Product was shipped
Product varied materially from description on website
All exchange requests to be intimated to ufairy.in by email/whatsapp within 2 days of
delivery of productwith the reasons and photos as an evidence/proof to support your claim.
Any item returned showing signs of usage, wear or tear, altered, resized or damaged in any
other manner, shall not be accepted for return.
Cost of return will be borne by the ufairy.in in case damaged or wrong product was shipped.
Exchanged product will be re-dispatched within 7 days after receiving product to be exchanged.
Refund of payment is applicable only in the following situations -
In case fresh stock is not available with seller for exchange as per above guidelines, customer
will get a refund of the amount in their bank account/credit card within 14 days after returning
the goods safely and in original condition to the seller.
In case the goods are not shipped by the seller within 3 days of maximum shipping time indicated
on website by the seller, the buyer will be eligible to demand a refund.
All ordered items will be dispatched by us within 3 to 7 days, less exceptions wherein the buyer
will be informed and buyer will be at liberty to either wait of ask for refund. Refund in these
cases will be made in 5 working days.
Orders once confirmed and dispatched cannot be cancelled. If buyer wants to cancel an order which
has not been dispatched, buyer can message us about same on our whatsapp number so that needful can
Cash on delivery is not available as of now.
Octroi wherever applicable will be paid to the courier company by the buyer; in (Seller) will not
be responsible for Octroi payments.
